It is official, we have our kitty, Mila... we picked up our little one on Friday, and she has taken the weekend to become acclimated to her new family and surroundings... she has done rather well, as the following pictures taken in our home can attest to...

She will destroy this plant someday... I believe this is apparent in her gaze... we are prepared for this inevitability...

We are really happy to have her home now... she definitely adds an element of activity to the house that we have lacked in the past... it's going to be an adventure, that's for sure...!

Hahaham, in that pic she actually looks a bit peeved to be held.
I can assure everyone that she wasn't! The was just listening to all the sounds around her. :)
